My son has been immobile due to foot injury and my other son works out of town and was unable to get garbage down, and the garbage workers took the time to go up and get their garbage by the garage. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond! Your extra work was appreciated by my son and me! These folks are always on schedule and reliable, and this morning the driver went the extra mile and manually picked up a couple cans that had fallen out during the bin dumping process - many companies wouldn't have bothered and just left the mess, but the LePage guy made the extra effort to tidy it up. On the day of the switch, I had not gotten them up to the road yet. The Lepage employee walked up our 300 foot driveway to deliver the new carts and took the old carts full of trash back with him. UPDATE: The manager reached out, and the garbage was picked up in less than 2hrs. I was told by a diff staff member that they wouldn't be able to get anyone out before the next pick up and to just throw the extras next to my can at no extra charge. It's 100° out: not putting bags of garbage in my garage and animals & magots would be all over it within minutes if left outside. So THANK YOU, Christy, for getting it taken care of. AND the driver got out to check that it was empty & brought can up to its spot: Thanks to the driver for his extra!!! It's really the little things that keep customers happy, and all of this was greatly appreciated. Garbage didn't get picked up. Told it was recorded as picked up at 0631. No it wasn't. Was told they'd send somebody out. I called twice. Still no pick up. Called next morning and was told the driver said he returned. He did not. We use LePage & Sons for our regular trash removal and disposal as well as renting dumpsters both for home and business use. They are always on time and communicative when changes in schedules arrive. Several times I have forgotten to put out our trash cans at home and I am always grateful that the driver picked it up anyway! Thank you Lepage & Sons for going above and beyond. Kudos to whoever our driver on our route is!
