Commercial Questions
What size do you have?
A: 2-yard, 3-yard, 4-yard, 6-yard, and 8-yard for both Trash and Recycling
Can you bring one out for a week or two?
A: Currently, we don’t offer that service. Our Commercial Service comes with a service agreement.
Pricing?
A: If you have any questions about pricing please give the office a call so we can get you a price on what you would need. Pricing depends upon size, frequency, material, geography, etc.?
Is there a service agreement?
A: Yes, we do have a service agreement. It is a 36-month contract.
Do you have other color options?
A: Primarily Red, but ask our Customer Service Representatives if anything else is available.
Do you have any bins that lock?
A: Yes
What cities are you in?
A: We serve the cities of Andover, Anoka, Bethel, Cambridge, Cedar, Coon Rapids, East Bethel, Fridley, Isanti, Nowthen, Oak Grove, Ramsey, Spring Lake Park, St. Francis, North Branch, and all of Isanti County.
Can we get an extra pickup before or after our pickup?
A: Yes, call the office in advance and we can schedule that for you. There will be an extra fee.
Can I put demo or building materials in the can?
A: Yes, you can place a moderate amount of building materials in the can. However, if the dumpster is too heavy it may not be collected.
Can I throw furniture in it?
A: Yes, but an extra charge applies.
Residential Questions
What cities do you cover?
A: We serve the cities of Andover, Bethel, Cambridge, Cedar, East Bethel, Isanti, Nowthen, Oak Grove, Ramsey, St. Francis, North Branch, and all of Isanti County.
How often do you bill?
A: Billing is every 2 months.
What is the Extra Tip of Charge?
A: Having an overflowing cart to the point you cannot close the lid or having extra bags next to your cart can result in an Extra Tip Charge.
What can I recycle?
A: Please visit our Recycling Page or our recycle centers website for more information on what to recycle
How often do you recycle?
A: Residential Recycling is every other week.
Can I pay my bill over the phone?, Is there a fee to do so?
A: Yes, you may pay your bill over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard. No fee applies. Online Payments , Including Auto-Pay and eBilling, are available on our Online Portal.

What color carts are available?
A: Standard Carts are available in Red and Grey. Pink Carts are available for customers wanting to participate in our Hope Fund Program.
Are the Pink Carts Extra?
A: There is no extra cost in service, but there is a $30, tax-deductible donation yearly that goes to the Hope Fund in Cambridge, MN to financially support breast cancer patients. Click HERE to learn more.

How long can I have it for?
A: The first week of rental is included in the price. After that first week, it is $85 per week.
Delivery turnaround time between order & delivery?
A: 1-2 business days
What can I put in it?
A: Household Trash & Construction Debris. The following are allowed but will incur an extra fee: furniture, mattresses, electronics, appliance, and tires.

Extra chargers for furniture, mattress, electronics and appliances?

Mattresses and box springs are $75 per item
Whole furniture pieces are $75 per item
Electronics are $75 per item

Recycling Center
Can I bring cardboard to your transfer station?
A: Yes
Do you accept batteries?
A: We only accept Lead Acid Batteries (Car Batteries, etc.), but we do not accept Alkaline Batteries.
Are you open Saturdays?
A: We are not open on Weekends.

What is the per yard cost? Are Demo & Trash pricing different?
A: Household Trash is $60.00 for up to 3 yards plus $30 for each additional yard. This price does not include bulky items such as mattresses, couches, appliances, etc.
Demo is $60 for up to 3 yards plus $20 for each additional yard.
Do I need to make an appointment?
A: No appointments are necessary during normal business hours. Please come to the Office and our Customer Service Team will assist you.
Do you recycle TV’s?
A: Yes.
The fee for a TV or electronics disposal depends upon the size.
Do you pay out for cans/steel?
A: No, we do not pay for cans or steel. We will dispose of it for no charge.
